Our team contribution includes reviewing project documents for constructability and completeness, and providing suggestions of proven alternate methods and materials suitable for your project. Through early involvement in the design phases of the project, we can assist by developing preliminary budgets as the drawings progress to ensure the project stays on track financially. Our computerized construction database allows us to quickly provide accurate budgets during each phase for review. We develop a project schedule using Primavera Systems to track design and construction activities to ensure all milestones are met as planned.

Our goal for pre-construction services is the negotiation of a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the project. We identify long lead and critical items, develop bid-packages tailored to synchronize with the project design and schedule phasing and solicit interest from appropriate subcontractors and suppliers. By a thorough review of the plans and specifications we ensure that each bidder has a clearly defined scope of work, reducing potential problems.
