The clean architectural design and pro-active construction of Jefferson Hall is one of the more recognizable buildings on campus. It houses Pacific University’s highly acclaimed optometry school. The facility includes optical labs, classrooms, auditorium, reception area and administrative offices. Attention to details and control of the many diverse crafts was a key factor in the success of this project.

Select sub-contractor labor along with Brockamp & Jaeger’s solid management and planning exceeded Pacific University's expectations. Thirty percent of the project was completed by Brockamp & Jaeger internal labor.
