This project created the new regional headquarters and manufacturing building for the 270-employee company. Brockamp & Jaeger’s role in this project included not only the construction, but extended to assisting in the design of the facility during the pre-planning stages. The multiuse and corporate office building includes:

- Professional Offices
- Boardroom
- Specialty Products
- Manufacturing
- Kitchen and Lunchroom
- Common Areas
Thirty-nine percent of the project was completed by Brockamp & Jaeger internal labor.
