This specialty medical office was a "new construction " project contracted to Brockamp & Jaeger. Continuous client focus and our in-house capabilities kept each stage of this project moving forward . The build included administrative and reception areas, procedure rooms, examination rooms and doctors offices.
Unique to this project were the challenges involved with local municipalities and the highway department (ODOT) to obtain necessary approvals to carry on construction at this site. Brockamp & Jaeger’s successful negotiations kept the project on schedule and all customer expectations were met. Thirty-one percent of this project was completed with internal labor.
