Qualifications

Bob brings over twelve years of experience as a Superintendent and Project Manager and over seven years of direct hands-on experience to his work at Brockamp & Jaeger. He has worked on a wide variety of buildings including Class A office space, retail, manufacturing, military, medical facilities and tenant improvement projects.

Project Superintendent: Brockamp & Jaeger, Inc. Supervises all aspects of commercial construction projects.
As superintendent, his responsibilities include:

  • Managing day to day activities on the site

  • Leading weekly subcontractor meetings

  • Responsible for site safety and safety plan implementation

  • Obtaining daily sub-contractor reports

  • Keeping daily electronic project log on site

  • Check in and inspect deliveries for compliance with specs

  • Coordination of job site activities

  • Maintaining project schedule

  • Coordination with owner’s staff

  • Personnel supervision
