Qualifications

Russ serves as a project manager and estimator with over 29 years of hands-on experience gained from his extensive construction background as a laborer, journeyman carpenter, project foreman, and project superintendent. He has served as project manager, estimator, and/or project superintendent on some of B&J's larger complex projects, which involved a diverse variety of educational, industrial, healthcare and religious facilities. Russ joined Brockamp & Jaeger, in 1983.

  • Performs pre-construction activities including: value engineering, budget analysis, estimating, bidding, and scheduling
