Brockamp and Jaeger, Inc begins scheduling by working with the owner, design team and public review agencies to develop a master project schedule that encompasses all activities of the project. the subcontractors and material suppliers all provide input as the schedule is created. This input creates an obligation of accountability that enhances the credibility of the schedule. In addition to the schedule, we create shop drawings and submittal logs, as well as a submittal and materials delivery schedule that integrates with the master schedule. The schedule is monitored daily by the on-site superintendent. We create a 3-week "look ahead" schedule to be reviewed by the entire project team on a weekly basis. This keeps the current status of the schedule up to date with all members of the project team and provides early warning if any activity begins to fall behind. By pro-actively detecting problems, we can assign additional resources and crews to bring the schedule back on target.
We have earned the reputation with our customers of delivering their projects on time and on budget. Effective communication with our clients and all members of the project team before, during and after construction is a priority with Brockamp and Jaeger, Inc. We establish "on-line" networks to communicate with our job site, main office and off site locations to expedite transfer of critical information. RFI-s, questions and other correspondence to client, architect and other consultants is handled efficiently through our on-line system. Our safety program is a fundamental part of management policy to assure a safe work environment. Our Safety Director and Employee Safety Committee meet monthly, make periodic jobsite visits and conduct safety reviews.
